Refund policy

Brandy Candle Co. does not offer refunds or returns unless your item(s) are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you are sent the wrong item(s) or your item(s) are faulty or damaged, you will have 14 days upon receiving your order to notify us via email with photo evidence showcasing your damaged or wrong item(s), and include proof of purchase. Upon receiving your email, we will assess your claim to see if you are eligible for compensation. If you are eligible for compensation you will have two choices; we can either send you a replacement product provided we have the item in stock, or you can choose to receive a store credit for the item(s) instead.

 

We do not accept any returns if you change your mind, nor do we accommodate exchanges (unless your item has been damaged in transit, then we will send you an exact replacement of your damaged item(s)). Please ensure you have correctly selected your desired product(s) before checkout to avoid disappointment. 

 

DISCLAIMER: Due to the nature of producing natural soy products by hand, our candles may have slight imperfections and colour variations. It is not uncommon with soy candles to experience some of the following (but are not limited to): frosting, rippling, 'wet spots', and discoloured wax. Even the most expensive and high-end candle companies experience all these things. We do not consider these to be faults and we will not accept exchanges for these products. These are aesthetic issues only, and do not affect the performance of your candle.
